Eco-Chill @Another Fine Fest

A programme of calming activities with something chill for everyone! Nature-inspired sound sessions, relaxing crafting using sustainable materials, and eco-therapy. In association with Beaumont College (Ulverston) & supporting Mind in Furness.
Lightburn House (Beaumont College). Bottom floor of large grey building to left of Roxy Cinema / near “Another Fine Stage”.
Sunday 16th June 1-5pm.
1-1.50pm: ECO-ZINES. Make mini-magazines using ‘waste’ & foraged natural materials. Enjoy crafting to the sounds of live plants and fungi. Inspo & support provided by Rema Grace / Mycelium Thinking CIC members.
– Open to families / Young people (under 18s with responsible adult) / Beaumont College members.
2pm-2.50pm EARTH CONNECTION: Percussion and singing on an earthly theme with Amy Boud @playfulnaturecommunity
– Open to all.
3pm-3.50pm ECO-THERAPY / Conservation Convo with Mind in Furness – Open to all Adults
4.15pm-5pm FINALE: Therapeutic Sound Journey with Hilary from Bathed in Sounds – Open to all aged over 12 years.
All sessions by optional card / cash donation – to be shared between Beaumont College, Mind in Furness, Another Fine Fest, and Mycelium Thinking CIC.
Further details to be confirmed. Arrive early to guarantee space!
– Under 18s must be accompanied by responsible adult / carer.
– This aims be a therapeutic space accessible and safe for all.
– NO ALCOHOL allowed inside venue.
