Harbour Sessions

Free-to-attend 2hr live music session under the Hub at Whitehaven Harbour in partnership with Oh My Days Promotions, who provide zero carbon PA systems for small-medium events. All battery equipment is charged using a portable power station and solar panel. The power station is charged using solar only and allows performers to plug in keyboards, amps and other instruments for live shows. As well as helping raise awareness of low/zero carbon options and the need for us all to do more for the planet, our event will aid local talent development, featuring West Cumbrian singer-songwriter Emma Dockeray and another local artist in support. It is also hoped to feature a ‘climate action’ song co-written by Emma and local SEN students.
