Calling Kendal cycling folk! Hear about cycling opportunities and updates from a wide-range of organisations and representatives including the Kendal cycling festival team and plans to celebrate International Car Free Day.
Hosted by The Bicycle Mayor of Cumbria, Richard Ingham, the evening aims to inspire action to make Kendal a better, safer place to cycle by providing a space to network and gather opinion on the need for a new campaign group.
Karen Gee (Founder of Cycle Sprog and one of Kendal’s local representative on the Bicycle Mayor of Cumbria committee) will give an overview on different ways other communities are campaigning to get more children cycling safely to school.
Tea, cake and networking opportunities! Book your £1 place at the link below.
The Eddington works in partnership with Waste into Wellbeing and is being supported by a grant from Zero Cumbria Community Fund.
