Discover the ecology and identification of all Cumbrian bumblebees, including how you can help through sharing your sightings and taking part in the national BeeWalk Monitoring Scheme.
This of a new project about increasing the understanding of the rare Moss Carder Bee within the East of Eden landscape. Following the training, there will be opportunities through the project for volunteers to join survey days and help increase our understanding of this bee species’ requirements.
Taking place via Zoom, the session will be delivered by Cumbria Wildlife Trust and the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.
