Enjoy a 3-course dinner prepared by Liam Fitzpatrick, head chef of Our Farm in Cartmel, and the students from Kendal College. The meal at the pop-up restaurant is inspired by seasonal surplus from Waste Into Wellbeing’s larder – providing valuable experience to future chefs, and raising vital funds to support Waste Into Wellbeing.
