Back by popular demand after his sell-out talk in the spring, Aidan Monks of Lovingly Artisan returns to the Eddington to talk sourdough and answer your questions. Learn about why Lovingly Artisan use ancient grains, how to make and maintain your sourdough starter and how to bake sourdough successfully.
You will leave with the 35+ year old starter, notes, a sourdough recipe, plus new friends and like-minded baker pals.
