The next volunteer day at Hardknott Forest is taking place on 28 January!

The Restoring Hardknott Forest Project is a partnership between Forestry England and the University of Leeds, focused on restoring one of the largest conifer plantations in the Lake District National Park to native woodland.

Volunteer days are open to all and a great opportunity to learn about restoring and expanding woodlands in Cumbria.
