Kendal College are exploring the need within the area for retrofit skills training, and the opportunities to access additional funding for businesses to undertake training with the college in areas such as solar installation.
The survey – open until the 26th of April – is aimed at local businesses and can be found here.
The college is also having an employer open evening on 14th May which will outline the opportunities for apprenticeships – this covers not just construction, but apprenticeships in all sector areas and how the collage can provide support.
